Vladimir Katalov, the CEO of Elcomsoft (a company who mainly specializes on password recovery solutions), has written a note about their participation at InfoSecurity event. I have no intention of re-posting or quoting his message here, so that you had a chance of enjoying the origin.
I have nothing to add to his words as well, except that the inconsistence of "security through obscurity" postulate has been recognized quite long time ago.
